It was a snowstorm in late April. One where it had snowed huge, wet flakes overnight and I looked out the window and wondered to myself why we live here. It was during that late April snowstorm that I met this lovely family, and is perhaps proof that good things can come from bad weather! When I pulled up to their cute little early 1900s house in Westmount I might have just smiled to myself knowing the beautiful nooks and crannies of light that were going to be in that house.
We chatted over hot Starbucks about the plan for their session (keep it casual and have fun!), and how excited big sister was to fill her new role in life. And then in May, when the snow was gone and the spring sun had finally made an appearance, we headed to the playground to document a morning doing a few of their favourite activities as a family of 3. We met again in the summer, once little Margaret arrived (complete with her full of personality dark hair!).
