The idea of a behind the scenes video has been percolating for over a year, and today I’m so excited to say that it has officially become a reality!

If you’ve ever wondered what a session with me looks like, check out the video below to see behind the scenes of a lifestyle newborn photo session. It’s one thing to tell you how a session goes, and a whole other thing for you to see it in action. As you’ll see, the experience really is calm, relaxed, and dare I say, FUN!

Want to know more about me? What’s my drive for doing this? Or maybe you’re just super curious about my house (because let’s be honest, I’m always curious about people’s houses!). This video will quell that curiosity.

My wonderful friend & colleague Katie of Katie Slivorski Photography did such an amazing job crafting a video that feels 100% me. I’m lucky to be surrounded by creative colleagues in Edmonton who support and lift each other up. Katie was so patient as I worked out my vision for the film and never once complained when I changed my mind. If you’re looking for a brand video, I can’t recommend her enough. P.S. As you saw in the video, we love our Sunday morning pancakes. In case you do too, here’s our favourite pancake recipe. Add a mashed banana or a grated apple to make them even better.  🙂
